This Shipping Policy explains how Nasminc, operating as nasminc.com, processes and delivers your orders. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all mowers and equipment. Free shipping is automatically applied on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No coupon code needed — it is applied at checkout automatically.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- During peak spring and summer seasons, processing may extend to 5 business days
Delivery Timeframes
- Large equipment (mowers, tractors): 8–12 business days via freight carrier
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for eligible items (additional charges apply)
Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or supply chain factors outside our control. Nasminc.com is not liable for carrier-caused delays.
Freight Shipping for Large Equipment
Zero-turn mowers, riding lawn tractors, and other large equipment are shipped via freight carrier. Here is what to expect:
- The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Curbside delivery only — the carrier will bring the item to your curb or driveway
- You must be present at delivery to inspect and sign for the shipment
- Inspect all packaging carefully before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Photograph any damage before and after unpacking
Important: If you receive a damaged freight shipment, do NOT refuse it. Accept the delivery, note the damage on the receipt, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours at contact@nasminc.com. Refusing delivery can significantly delay your resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories
- We do not ship internationally
- P.O. Boxes are not accepted for large freight orders
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
- Contact us at contact@nasminc.com and we will open a carrier investigation
